A Mantra is a chant repeated with the purpose of helping one stay focused throughout the day or in order to regain a more accurate synchronicity between body, mind and will, which then allows performing certain tasks or achieve predetermined goals with ease.

And this ability, not only is required in a more or less daily basis, including to increase our performance at our job, but also to help us achieve happiness in our relations with others. In this sense, a mantra becomes as necessary as any other exercise to keep us fit and ready to face life’s challenges, including those related to our own health and wellbeing.

With these values in mind, this book presents an opportunity to fully explore the nature of your being, by using a specific guidance shown by the author to the many aspects of life and how we must perceive them in order to achieve a full awareness of our potential for success in all areas.

With your spinal cord straight and your head properly aligned with it, close your eyes after choosing and memorizing your mantra, and repeat it as you calm yourself down at the same time, until you feel that the mantra becomes part of your belief system and you are one with it. If for any reason you don’t feel comfortable, please select any other mantra to work with.
You can rest your hands on your legs or turn the palms upward, while positioning the right hand below the left hand.
If you have difficulties in focusing on your mantra, practice stilling the mind, by focusing on the sounds around you. You can also place a candle in front of you and, while playing a relaxing music, focus on the small oscillations of the candle, especially if you place it next to an open window. [...]
